Toad bugged versus Nick Fury

Has it been addressed whether or not Toad’s paralytic poisons not re-applying to Nick Fury’s second life is indeed a bug or working as intended? It seemed like it was a viable strategy to use him when he came out but now it simply does not negate any sort of health in his lmd.

    Also wanted to note that Dani Moonstar seemed to be working in negating the lmd when previously nick fury was also purifying her affect
