Can we please get a separate tab for alliance pinned poster tab

Aside from the alliance chat tabd, it would be nice if we can get a poster type of board where leader and officers can post alliance matters.

It’s so hard to assign lanes and give regular announcements when the majority refuse to use a messaging app.

A rework of the alliance announcement system is also needed. I don't care about the 3*s someone gets or ranks up.
