Looking for Alliance

Looking for an alliance that does AQ and AW but knows that people have a social and private life. Don't want to use line, Telegram is fine though. I came back to the game around a week ago after not playing for some years. I'm trying to become Cavalier and being in an alliance and participating in AQ and AW will probaby help me. The alliance I'm currently in doesn't do war and I just joined them randomly. I'd consider myself active since I play everyday.
