I've been sitting on my Necro exploration 2 to 3 gem for a while now. I've got some really good options, but I'm really torn on who to use it on. Once I think I've locked in on a decision, I'll use one of the other characters and I start thinking of how amazing they would be as an r3. I plan on getting the next r3 gem from 8.4 exploration, as I've fully explored 8.1 - 8.3, so I'll be able to r3 another one soon, but this one here might be the hardest decision. What r3 priority would everyone give these lovely ladies?

    I wouldn’t have recommended already waiting this long, but since you have, maybe wait until 8.4? It’s not that far away, and since there’s a high likelihood it will be a 2-3 class gem, it could be worth waiting to see what class you pull. Just so you don’t use the generic gem on a class you could pull from 8.4.

    But maybe you have a good second option no matter which class you pull. If you want to just get valiant asap I’d totally understand that. I don’t know your roster, just wanted to point out a suggestion.

    Because if so, maybe wait as Nemesis said.

    If not though that's a different story.

    That's a good point on the potential class gem. Do we have any further info on when 8.4 is being released? All I've seen is speculation that it'll be April or May. I'll have to do an inventory and make sure I have a potential r3 from each class in case. I think I have other good options, even if I do pull the trigger on of of the above listed champs.

    I also should've mentioned that I'm already Valiant. This would be my third r3. My other two are sig 40 Bishop, and unawakened Chavez (who I've been desperately trying to dupe since I pulled her, but instead I keep adding sigs to Falcon, Surfer, Gambit, Fixit, Mysterio, and Rocket Raccoon. I've pulled all of them way more times than I would've liked.)

    Sage advice. OP, I too have been sitting on my 2-3 gem, but I already had good potential champs in mind. I was already Valiant, so there was no need to rush. Odds are, I'll wait until this next Titan rotates, then decide from there, but as it stands, Titania will be going to r3 with raw materials and Gladiator post-buff will probably get r2, then the r3 gem.

    I've taken into account 8.4 (likely this coming month) and its rewards, but even if it's a class gem, I still have decent candidates in every class at r2 that could take the gem.

    Since you’re already valiant the downside of waiting for 8.4 is much lower. As far as the details of 8.4, we really don’t have much. My guess is that it’ll be a 2-3 gem crystal, (I would love it to be a nexus but maybe that’s wishful thinking) and that 8.4 will release mid April. Hopefully they’ll announce details next livestream so maybe at least wait until then? Up to you.

    Also since you already have a mutant r3, if you went domino now, and then pulled a mutant gem you’d be forced to have 3 mutant r3s. The same could be said with mystic if you took up kushala.

    I don’t wanna sound like I’m wishing this to happen lol, just trying to be precautious. Best of luck on your 8.4 pulls when they come!

    All very good points. If it was a class gem, I could easily see it being a mutant or mystic for me.
