Did not receive full exploration rewards 8.3.3

I just fully explored 8.3.3. I did not get the full exploration rewards for it. I received the 2 6 star Nexus, the 6 star 3-4 g





em, and the 7 star 1-2 gem, but I did not get the 7 star crystal, the Titan shards or the 5 star relic crystal. My in game username is HavocReigns34. I wasn't able to change it here though. I have attached screenshots as proof.

the 1.2 gem is hav in your inventory and the cystal is in the shard tap

I did. Its not there. I thought I had received the 7 star 1-2, but I actually don't have it either.
