Act 8.2.Bahamet Volatility charge has timer of itself

So im just now doing my third round of exploration in Act 8.2.6, however during phase to I noticed that i was having difficulty collecting valayility charges because it loses immediately. When i get 1 Volatility charge it immediately start the timer in itself that it expires after 1 round of the timer, so by the time I gain a new volatility charge i am losing also the one i already have. However when it comes to xgamma charges, it never expires until it reaches 3. Am i missing something? Its already my 4th round in total of 8.2.6 but my 3rd on this day, and im losing my revives already. What is happening KABAM?

    There is a node that has an 8 second timer on volatility. You need to knock him down to make it indefinite.
