Disappearing Cross-fight abilities?

I was using a team of Galan, Odin (swapped out) and Herc and applied galan/odin prefights to herc and all was fine until I realized all of the cross-fight abilities had somehow been removed. Anyone know how this could've happened? Has this happened to anyone else?

This has happened to a lot of people. Cross fights disappear if the app crashes or you force quit.
