In my battleground matches, defenders aren’t throwing their special attacks which forcing me to wasting crucial time or pushing them to sp3. What do I meant to do in this situation?

Corner the defender, parry them, wait for the stun is about to expire (like last 20% of stun duration), launch a heavy in such a way that opponent is not stunned while knocked down, and don't block after the heavy. He most probably launch the special.

Otherwise just do whatever @Jack2634 said.

Matching is completely unbalanced. Lag in fighting moves etc. wasting hard earned resources for an unfairly matched game that lags blocks and attacks. Has not happened just the once but every time I play.. extremely discouraging and disappointing for someone who has been playing for many years.
