AW bug with defense

in Bugs and Known Issues
For some reason I am not allowed to place my defenders on my AW, it says you are only allowed to participate in one war at a time, this has been happening to me for two war seasons in a row. Does anyone know how to fix this? If not can you look into it. Thanks
