Spider-Man 2099 Relic Accelerated Dexterity Rune allows Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man (Classic), and Spider-Man (Miles Morales) to essentially be immune to The Dexterity Precision Buff (The rune normally has a cool down of 8 seconds except when equipped on the three characters listed above there is no cooldown).

Here, it is shown that the relic is not working as intended on the three Spider-Verse champions intended to benefit the most from the relic.
