Do we have to use them before SAGA ends? Like will #X-magica and #Magic Thief be removed and then the gems will only work for Knull?

I'm saving mine for Kate.

    No you can use it on any x magica/magic hiest champ even after this saga ends. Those tags will be permanent. So you can safely wait for kate.
