    Use them, you will only get refunded the in-game cost (2500 per dice). They will make your life easier in hard/expert

    If you are clearing the contents regardless of buffs type, no need to use.

    The extra you have go to stash and expire in 2 days so you can't save them and will lose gold if you buy and don't use them since you can't even sell them.
