Missing Vault Key

I completed the solo objectives to get the 4 Maze keys for this week. I completed 4 runs in the Maze (all threat level 5, a different path each time) but I only received 3 keys to the Vault. I now have one path I can’t access in the Vault. What am I missing here?

    You probably went down one of the middle paths that led to an endpoint where you had already collected the key

    Contact support. I accidentally exited The Maze after spending my last Pawn Key - support restored it for me last night.

    Just be nice.

    Would be nice if you could zoom out of the map to see what’s going on and where the keys are.
