The Racoon we love does have the attack rating but... still not sure to rank2 even after buff...

Who does it here and is he usefull as you wish?

Depends on if you like him or not. I personally wouldn’t but he can be useful. Especially when duped for the heal block

If he's dupped, I'd say go for it. He has nice utility

I have him at sig 40 and he sees use in monthly EQ. Maybe I should try him in battlegrounds again

He can fight with Racoon for second position but Venom is always first.

Obviously Venom will always be first. Unless we get this character version from X-Men '97.
