Power shield bug with OG Vision

OG Vision's specials are not scaling with 400% damage with power shield in Modok Labs. Tested it with iceman and damage scaled. Please look into this.

    I think it is because vision's damage is based purely on power burned, it doesn't scale with increased damage or attack buffs
