Is bullseye good attacker?

I know he is a decent defender but don't know how good he is on attack. Please anybody can explain. Also tell some champions whp have almost same level of attacker as of bulkseye to give, atleast a roughidea about its attacker strength.

Vega was impressed with him offensively, even though that wasn't the champ's main design intention (I'm assuming), so you might want to check out his video on Bullseye. I myself have been hunting Bullseye to mianly try him out as an attacker as well. I'm 0-40 or so on featured crystals going for him, so I'm hoping maybe I luck out from some Titans in the next week or two.

I wish he was stronger on attack but on defense he is annoying

Withou war nodes he's also not that hard of Defender tbh.
Just watch out for chip damage from sp1 and sp2 is laughable easy.

Just stupid war nodes paired with X magica shenanigans have made him very annoying

Yea, I've gotten to the point I won't even ban him in BGs anymore because I'm fairly comfortable fighting him with AA or Sunspot (haven't ranked Iceman at all). A beefed up AW Bullseye (whether awakened or not) is an entirely different story.

Yeah but in bgs the chip damage is huge for higher rank bullseye.
    Nevertheless, Archangel melts him

today in aw I took a bullseye with bishop. He was in boss island right side first champ. Bishop made him pretty easy with his passive stuns. 1 sp2 and he is dead

    If they bleed.. yeah!

Bullseye is solid with his crit bleed.. he should work vs Agent Venom, Baron Zemo, Chee'ilth. (since his bleed damage is immediate, they can't be shrug off)

different matter if they are bleed immune, Bullseye main form of attack us gimped tremendously..

He's the wet noodle version of Hit Monkey to summarize simply. I can see a rebalance offensively

Owner of a R5 ascended Bullseye here. He really needs the extra ranks because otherwise there is no point in bringing him over other skill champions. Damage isn't too flashy (my r3 Hit-Monkey hits harder than Bullseye) but it is very consistent. His guaranteed crits allow him to ignore a lot of armor and resistances so that is very nice. He is terrible in bleed immune match-ups. On the flipside, he is very good against debuff immune nodes and purifiers because of his instant bleed. He can also get some really cheesy hack combinations in incursions.

Do you know if black panther’s relic gives him the burst damage on every hit?

Yes it does. It's the one I have on him atm.

How does Sunspot work? I still haven't figured out how to deal with his killer instinct without a bleed immune or evade counter.

He’s decent at best, wish he had more damage in longer fights but he has some cool utility

Just perfect block his whole special. Wait for instinct to expire and nuke him down.
I took one this war with sunspot path 9 section 1

Sunspot has access to perfect parries which means no block or bleed damage against his specials. He doesn’t counter evade though so you may have to wait out Killer instinct before nuking him down

Yeh, perfect parties isn't happening with me with specials. But I'm glad to know that's how he works now.

Did he have incinerates on him? Sunspot needs the opponent to be incinerated for his perfect blocks to work.

I meant that I don't have the skill to pull off perfect parties on specials.

Also @willrun4adonut, speaking about Mister Sinister, I hope he is a good Bullseye counter once his buff goes live. He regens from crits, but doesn’t counter the evade
