All champs rating down by 2-4k due to mastery issue

Is anyone else facing the same issue, Since the update to mastery, all champs rating is reduced by 2-4k.

When you switch at times the rating again increase but after a while it's down by 2-4k again, for example my doctor doom who is at 31k is down to 27k rating.

    Atleast check the rest of the forums for similar issues, there are alot of threads with people facing the same issue.

    there is a mastery bug and they are fixing it

    I didn't see any mention of it affecting the ratings so wanted to check.
