Mysterio AAR immunity question

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I was in 8.4.3 and took the path where your defensive ability accuracy is reduced by 90%, and decided to use Mysterio since I figured he'd be immune to that. However, when I entered the first fight the concussion was still applied and his ability accuracy was still being reduced. Not sure if this is a bug or if it's some weird AAR interaction, just some clarification would be nice.
