The rewards chart in game has been edited, as crash said. Every tier has updated rewards. This can clearly be seen in gold 1 receiving the shatter token and class nexus crystals, which are usually plat 6 rewards. And plat 1 receiving the masters title. Every tier has been bumped up except the top ranking, which is now the same as the second ranking.
The rewards you received should have included the rank bump. Please double check your rank and reference the rewards. If you are Plat and above you can just use the number of shatter tokens here. If they are incorrect please submit a support ticket and we will investigate. Thanks.
The number of shatter crystals on the post you referenced do not match the number in game on the rank rewards page.
Just to be clear, what we did is edit the rewards for each rank. So if you finished Plat 3, the mail will still say Plat 3, but the rewards you receive are actually the Plat 2 rewards.
No my ally finished p4 and still got p4 rewards there was no 1k titan shards or other stuff
You are looking at the already adjusted rewards. Titan Shards do not start until P2. The rewards you see in game for Season 48 for P3 are the regular P2 rewards.
OK I'm going to say this as clear as I possibly can.
The quickest way for us to get this reward bump to players was to edit the actual Season rewards to bump everyone up a reward tier. So we took the Master 1 rewards, and copied them to Master 2. And then we took the usual Master 2 rewards, and copied them to Master 3 and so on.
So if you are comparing your mail to the rewards in Season 48, you are already seeing the reward bump implemented in Season 48 rewards. If you finished P3, you got the usual P2 rewards, but in the Season rewards those P2 rewards are already copied to P3.
You can see this very clearly based on, as someone said, P1 has the Master title in it because those are the Master 5 rewards.

Additionally, the in-game rewards, as you observe them, have been adjusted to represent this bump. Therefore, those of us who are looking in-game and seeing rewards matching their listed tier, you are seeing the adjusted rewards. If you need further proof, you are welcome to consult previous listings of AW rewards.
TLDR, we have adjusted the in-game reward listings to represent the bump. You got your tier bump.
