Shatter buff bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
In M.O.D.O.K lab, I've encountedred shatter buff, which says "Nullify abilities shatter their targets, dealing 1,300 Direct Damage for each effect Nullified in this way". And I realized I recieved 1,300 damage every time I got precision from dextrity and hit the opponent. Using dextrity is not that my buffs are nullified.
