Glitch with buffs in MODOKS lab?

Please let me know if I’m missing something. But just fought the hood in modoks lab and he was immune to everything (bleed, stun, power lock, etc...). But I checked the buffs and not one of them said anything about decreased ability accuracy or immune to debuffs. Did I miss something where the hood is now immune to everything? Anyone else have weird glitches in modoks lab?
