How long was shocker bugged?

Has this been a thing with him since he came out? If so, don’t they do a review on these champions, some months after they release them? If it was like this, since then, why was it not addressed then? If it was missed by them, isn’t it their fault? Shouldn’t they take the L? Maybe I don’t have the right information but if he’s been like this, since he was released and they missed it for this long, this is how he should be kept. And if they’re going to change it, it absolutely 1 million should’ve been announced first when they noticed it was an issue. Secondly, when they were going to fix it.

    Per Miike’s update yesterday, the glancing bug was not present when Shocker was released or went thru rebalancing.

    All them videos on YouTube all of them comments on the forums about how shocker is great for glancing opponents, How much shocker has been talked about it never registered with anyone from Kabam there was an issue with glancing? Interesting.
