Spiderverse champions

We have millions of different types of spiderman varieties. When are you going to give us new champions kabam? Every two or three months there is a new spider champion. Enough!

Yes i do realise. That is the only reason why this thread is opened. I know how many different variations of spiderman/woman/pig/dog etc.. If they are planning to bring every single spider to the game, they better change the name of the game to Marvel Contest of Spiders.

U do realise all spiders are marvel lol so they dont need to change the name also they only do like 2 spiderverse events a year sometimes more if we get something with symbiotes but also its just a big universe with spiders hence why so much gets added with spiderverse like we still yet to get uncanny spiderman superior spidey big time spidey aboslute carnage miles

Ok then. Good luck with 45+ spiderman/woman. I personally don't want anymore. But i guess, we don't have a saying in this matter. Since there are so many of you guys who will for sure disagree. Instead of developing new characters which you know there are like thousands of them, play with your spiders.

they do 2 Spider events a year out of 12. That's ten that aren't. that's 19 champions a year that are NOT Spider-Man related. Calm your tits.

This event ties in with the original release date of spiderverse 3, hence spider punk.

The last spidey champ was silk and before that it was spidey supreme, then before that it was penni and 2099. Literally 1 or 2 per year, idk where you're getting every couple of months thing

Spider-man has the best rogues gallery in the Marvel universe so I am very happy they add Spider-man characters. Whenever they add a Spider, we get a rogue. We are just now getting to more obscure Spidey villains and still have some major ones (Hobgoblin for example) that are missing. Heck, we're missing major spiders too with characters like Scarlet Spider and Spider-man Noir missing from the game. I will never be mad when we get a new Spider.

There are 11 champions with the Spider-Verse Hero's tag. There are 262 champions in the game..... that's a far cry from millions. To add to that 11, there are Villains like Venom, Carnage, Doctor Octopus, etc... that are in Spider-Mans world but they are exclusive to Spider-Man.

You just don't want more Spiders. I get it.

Are you just as mad about the 9 Iron Man variants in the game as well?

I think the cadence is pretty much spot on at the moment.

As you say Spider-Man Noir would be great (I think he might look too close to Spider-Man [Stealth Suit] though). If they wanted to go in a different direction there's Spider-UK of the Captain Britain Corps or maybe Pavitr Prabhakar.

If I could pick one, I'd have to go for a version of Scarlet Spider (Kaine). He should be Skill or maybe Mystic (the Other). He wouldn't have Evasion but would be tougher and stronger than most of the other spiders. Synergies with Kraven, Agent Venom and Carnage could round out his kit.

If they add Noir I think giving him spiderverse animations with some sort of monochrome palette will be enough to set him apart from Stealthy, maybe have him move in less of a "Spider-man" esque way and more like a normal guy (or as close to a normal guy you imagine Nick Cage is)

Spider-Man characters are always some of my favorites. I definitely understand why you might be frustrated that we get so many variants but Spider-Man is and always has been big for Marvel. It stands to reason we're gonna see a good amount of Spider characters and see them keep being added.

Plus, the design team has always done a good job of making each variant similar to show a connection while keeping them different enough in style and animation as well as gameplay to make them unique. This feels even more true with the addition of Spider-Punk, who looks fantastic!

I personally would love to see Gwenom, a combo of Spider-Gwen and Venom as I think she could be really interesting in terms of abilities. It would be cool to see Superior Spider Man or Scarlet Spider (Ben Reilly) added as well.

Ive been wanting gwenom if we get a symbiote month her and absolute carnage be awesome also if doing ben clone of peter i want it to be chasm as we need a villain spider man be cool to get kaine scarlet spider also if we get ben as chasm we could add halloweve like so much to do with spiderverse its hard to choose when we get 2 a year then sometimes a third month depending on the plan

And thats your opinion. But if you think that Kabam and marvel see it that way you'd be sorely wrong and there's are plenty of summoners who do want them In game. Only a matter of time.

Spider-Ham, Stealthy and Silk all have their uses. S2099 is great against mystics and certain nodes. Starky hits like an absolute truck, and I should know - I've got a maxed out and ascended 6*.

S99 can actually do so much in this game by himself or with one synergy it’s insane.

I was about to summon karatemike for the Spiderman 2099 defense but it seems I can stand down for now

I’m not missing out, because I got better options than S99 etc…

Done 8.4…saving up units for necro, i’m doing fine without 🕷️🕸️
