When is spring cleaning event?

Given timing in previous years to be around Earth Day, I was expecting it to be this weekend... but I also expected an in game message telling people about the plan to run it over the weekend, caveats about title changes, etc... so now I am not as sure.

Always good to be able to plan ahead (both resources, dollars, etc.)... was wondering if someone had something more definitive.

I have nothing definitive but we should be hearing soon. In recent years it’s run around the 20-25 of April. Last year we had a jump because the baubles were offered as a reward in the double track event preceding spring cleaning.
