Game mode: event quest, uncollected, chapter 1.2, outside right line
Fight: Hyperion v Civil Warrior
Issue: attacked while CW was blocking with M-L-L-L intention. After the M, which he blocked, he fired off sp2 while I was engaged in throwing the light punch.
This also happened the previous fight, SW v can't recall the champ, who dashed back on the second attempted strike of a blocked M-L-L-L combo.

(Still have the specials not firing bug, especially with Iceman.)
