How does the Fear debuff work?

On White Tiger it says "reduces unblockable ability accuracy by 100%" which I'm assuming means while the passive is up they don't get unblockable but so far they always have gotten unblockable lol

In the new side quest for example with Vulture as the boss, on the left path with Hela on the crit lane they get unblockable charge when you hit with a crit even with fear on them soo how is fear supposed to work?

If the opponent has more than 100% ability accuracy or if they are immune to ability accuracy, fear shouldn’t affect them

In the quest it just says they get an unblockable charge when you hit with a crit so I'm assuming their unblockable ability accuracy is not more than 100%

So technically fear should be working here

Edit: no opponent on this lane is immune to ability accuracy reduction

Have you tried blocking the unblockable? Maybe it still triggers the buff but ignores it?

Some nodes are like that, it’s weird and I believe it should always be specified whether or not they’re affected by ability accuracy to avoid annoyance when you do run into these interactions. Probably won’t ever get changed if we’re being honest.
