What's the mastery points cap inclusive of necro?

I don't know what was the limit before as I was missing out on act 4 mastery points fiasco.
Ppl in game saying they have 61 points from necro.
My mastery page shows 60.

    Before Necro - 59
    After Necro - 60
    Some people with a bug - 61

    With the 61 issue, people will not be able to get back to 61 if they change their masteries and will be enforced with the 60 limit.
