Wolverine

Ok, been looking at the new buffs and debuffs that have come out over the past year or two. It would appear that Wolverine is in serious need of a change. If any champ out there should be able to gain pierce and deliver ruptures, it is by all means the hero that is the best at what he does. Adamantium claws, with no pierce or rupture….

😂 honestly, i think Wolverine is still a useful champ. Great under certain conditions. I really like the caracther, and you’re suggestions aren’t bad. But there’s a whole pile of useless turds they should rework before thinking about Wolvie imo.

I think a Pre ability Function with an Option to select Bleed or Rupture, The Unselected option will turnout to be his Immunity...(Like Scorpion)
and a chance to gain Unblockable Buff....while dashing Forward (Like Morbius)
Edit : and if any Champions shrugs off his Bleed or Rupture Debuff, He will gain a Passive Debuff with 150% Potency.
This will be great for Kingpin, Moleman, Agent Venom,etc.

I don't see why. If Wolverine can't hurt you with his claws, that's a problem and that's it.
If he can't hurt Colossus with bleeds, I don't think he should have an alternative damage type type.

I don't see why. If Wolverine can't hurt you with his claws, that's a problem and that's it.
If he can't hurt Colossus with bleeds, I don't think he should have an alternative damage type type.

Wolverine's claws don't need to bleed someone to do damage. His adamantium can cut through Colossus. He's maimed Thing before. The number of things Wolverine can't cut through is an extremely small list.

When the Opponent is Immune to personal Bleed, 100% chance to inflict a Rupture Debuff instead, dealing Physical Damage and copying the Bleeds behavior.

Passive:
Regenerative Healing Factor
When Wolverine is struck, he has a 30% chance per bar of power to gain a Regeneration passive. This buff is more potent the more bars of power he has.
Wolverine’s regeneration rate cannot be passively reduced (for example, Yellowjacket’s passive heal reduction), and is immune to Despair. But heal reversal debuffs like petrify and Spectre still work.
The healing factor reduces the duration and potency of Poison and Bleed effects by 70%
Claw attacks:
Wolverine uses his adamantium covered bone claws for all his attacks except for his combo enders.
Claw attacks gain X% armor penetration and have a 80% chance to bleed the opponent for 5 seconds
Wolverine’s claws inflict much deeper and deadlier wounds than any other bladed weapon. If a Skill champion purifies/cleanses any bleeds, they get converted into passive bleeds with increased potency and these last 10 seconds..
Critical claw strikes have a 60% chance to inflict Critical bleeds instead
If the non-Tech opponent is Bleed immune, he inflicts Rupture dealing Physical damage, which can turn into Critical ruptures as well
Special attacks: They grant a Regen buff for 6 seconds
