Why isn’t my game loading up?

I’ve been trying to log into the game for hours. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it never gets past the screen with prowler and spiderpunk. Can anyone please tell me what’s going on @Kabam Jax ?

    So now I can get in on my old iPhone and can’t get in on my new iPhone? What the hell?!
