Which one to R4 ( one for each class)

Guys I can rank up r4 for 2 6* champion one per each class:
Science for Ibom awakend and Titania unawakend
Skill for Kingpin and Valkyre, both unawaken but have gem and can feed sig 140
Please help me decide.

    Has crazy damage & faster for Bg

    Kingpin100%. He shrugs off basically all debuffs, and is an insanely versatile attacker, making him great for all gamemodes, but mostly BGs, AW and questing. He could be an instaban in BGs, but IMO he's worth it
