Ironheart fix?

I have heard it in multiple videos but seems like people keep putting off to the side the fact that ironheart was supposed to counter Onslaught with her -150% AAR but it’s still not currently working and his debuffs and passives are still getting through on his specials.
Has anybody heard about Kabam
Addressing this?
