Deadpool poolie event not showing up

Have been playing for almost a month. This event isn't show up for me. Not on the home page or under any other tab or menu. Don't know if it's progression locked or something is wrong with my game. I also don't have certain mission tabs, like special daily.

Any help would help as I've already missed a couple a days of the event due to this. Thanks.
