Not able to enter paragon gauntlet

I was Thronebreaker and fully explored the event quest and then became paragon but it won’t allow me to enter paragon gauntlet

    You need to submit a support ticket. It was intended to unlock only if you were paragon+ prior to exploring TB EQ.

    exactly i had the same issue. i became paragon after exploring TB 100%. so becoming a paragon after exploring TB doesn't work?.

    I have the same problem. Wish they would fix this.
