Suspicious Account Or No?

My alliance is currently in a war with an alliance whose members all have the same name followed by an underscore. I'm sure that could be a thing that some alliances do, but the following suspicious things stand out.
1) only 1 account in the alliance reached level 60
2) all of the accounts except 3 in the alliance are Cavalier, the other 3 are level 4 and 31
3) every account has at least one 7* R1L25
4) every account has the same top champ, a 6* R4 Herc, except 1 level 52 Cav account has a 7* R1L52 Sandman
Am I nuts, or is just hella suspicious?
