Poolies(challenger)

Hello, I am a new account that is only Challenger. However I don't see any quests to gain poolies, and it doesn't show up in my shop. Is this because I am too low in progression? And if so, how high do I have to get in order to participate in this event? Thank you in advance!

    Need to be conquerer I believe. That's pretty much the cut off for just about any event and it's easy to achieve.
