Attacker Bans for war season 49 not saving

Is anyone else having an issue where they go to select their 3 bans in the war map, and then after they hit save and check it the changes stuck, they revert?

I am currently experiencing this along with my other alliance mates.

    I also do have a video of this I could pass along, however am having a hard time attaching from mobile.
