T1A not pulled in Greater Solo Crystals

With the recent “shortage” of T1A situation I was looking for ways to get them. They are clearly stated to be available in Greater Solo Crystal but I haven’t gotten a single one after about 400 opening. Please kindly look into this situation. Thank you.

They’re rare, that’s all. Pulled one within the past month and have seen bg pull them from those crystals on his streams or rank up videos at least twice.

I've gotten 2 since 12.0. They're in there but are extremely rare.
