Deathless purchase

I missed part of the winter of woe and need the deathless groot 7 star piece. On my store there is no option to purchase w units. Did I need to qualify to do that or something? I’m valiant. I get I have to pay up but don’t have the option.

    It'll probably become available after WoW is finished up, the Guilly purchase offer didn't come out until her other sale events were finished
