Why are masteries not working in war still and where is the fix for lost war rating in off season?

When you parry champs in war the stun length is still wrong sometimes. I had to spend 70 units switching my loadout and back again to make it right. Clearly this is not fixed @Kabam Miike. Also I thought you were fixing the lost war ratings by the end of the first war due to bugs in offseason affecting rating? When are you doing this?
