Just realized this guys not #metal but his whole character model is decked out with metal plating… what’s up with that, his whole gimmick is regenerating, so why not allow mags to shut him down, I know he’s a old champ so it wasn’t a big priority but he’s getting buffed and this should be addressed no?

In the game, #Metal doesn't mean 'made of metal', it means 'susceptible to Magnetism'.

Captain Sam Wilson clearly has metallic wings, but they're Vibranium, and not classed as #metal in the game. Same for Killmonger and possibly-never-to-be-buffed Black Panther (Civil War).
