Nimrod availability issue

Last month I had to submit a support ticket because Nimrod was causing me to get a “hero’s in other game mode” error and prevented me from bringing him to AW attack, despite the fact I had no other game modes active, let alone using him. Support acted on it, found an issue and unlocked him. I am now having issues again, this time in AQ where he is the only champ not appearing in the Select Champions menu while there is no other gameplay active for me. No quests, no AW or even arena. Is something up with Nimrod specifically that is causing issues? Has anyone else experienced this? I put a new ticket in.
