Ice Phoenix in Uncollected- Cold Snap Damage

Everytime I fight her in the Uncollected quest the damage she produces is almost 1k per second. Over 12 seconds, that's enough to wipe out anyone not at full health. Her description says "4375.56" damage for the cold snap. Was anyone else getting this bug?

    I understand that is "pre-buff stats." So with the buffs it makes sense, but it's also dirty considering how very few characters in the game can negate that rebuff.

    Doesn't take into account the Buffs.

    Yeah the cold snap in Sig would be correct if base attack but the cold snap is still right but just is higher attack since nodes
