The problem with abilities Mister Sinister and Onslaught

Why don't these characters' abilities work?

Mr. Sinister charges more with a heavy attack for 1 second, gets no blood! She just disappeared! Onslaught When exposed to shock, Incineration, plasma
or cold steel, do not apply a neuroshock every 1 just a second!

Do something!

    U need to charge heavy for 2 secs for Mr. sinister to start bleeding ..

    Sinister’s purify reduction ability doesn’t seem to function properly. It seems to either be 0 or 100% and it doesn’t always trigger upon an opponent purify.

    I tried this against my crossbones and kingpin in practice mode.
