Hey guys,
I am sure we are not the only alliance with this issue.
I would suggest that raids to have a lock in for players who are interested.
Multiple times, officers are asking players to join and some other players have little to no interest during team building.
You setting up a plan and you have the players interested waiting for raids. Than another player just joins in without asking or communicating and ruins the whole structure and plan .
