Omega crystals not showing up

Bought from the online store this afternoon and I think I claimed it in game but the crystals haven’t shown up. It’s been about 6hrs. Put in a ticket, no response. Anyone else have this issue? Only reason I got them was to get the last 7 star on the alpha track… that ends tomorrow.

    Some have reported those crystals show up quite a ways down the list, well apart from the other similar crystals. Try scrolling all the way down if you haven’t.

    Thanks. I’ve scrolled up and down and kept track of the number at the top. No luck.
