Advice on Champs for 6.1.1 and Beyond

Finally hit 6.1.1 and just got a huge injection of 5* and 6* champions. Trying to work out which ones are worth the time of learning how to use going forward. Mostly focused on getting story quest done but want utility in AQ and AW
