Who should I R3 for Valiant?

I can R3 a skill champ and have a few options, but I've narrowed it down to 3: Black Cat, Mantis or Moondragon. All unawakened

Who would you choose?

She was my valiant rank up along with g299
And I had black cat as well

And I use moondragon a lot. Really Solid champ imo

I like moondragon but she has some flaws IMO that hold her back. She should purify all debuffs after going into her mode not just purify active ones. Plus with AI and relying on intercepting for her ramp up makes her not so fun recently. Mantis would be my choice.
