Which 6* to ascend and/or rank 4?

I've got 200 tier 2 dust and am getting close to having the resources to rank 4 my first 6*. I was thinking of taking torch to rank 4, but the downside to that is there are a lot of science champions I'd like to rank 3, so I'm hesitant to use all my tier 5 science catalysts on torch. I also am not sure who I should ascend. I'd appreciate some thoughts.

    Just took my Archangel to r4, he's ridiculous. Would Ascend him in a heartbeat.
