8.4.4 bugged?

in Bugs and Known Issues
In 8.4.4, Mr. Sinister path is not be able to block unblockable attacks even using Kushala and steadfast buff.... Can someone please confirm this?

    I just explored that on my val rush account, it was weird but after a restart I went in and soloed with kate. You just gotta act like he's always unblockable and never attempt to block
