5* OG Hulk or 4* cosmic ghost rider?

I just got a 5* OG hulk. However, I have lots of amazing 4*s, such as my cosmic ghost rider, Shuri, and my rank 5 level 12 hit monkey. (And I also have 2 maxed out 4*s)

Other important info is that I’m halfway through act 4 and that I have a lot of gold but I’m always low on iso8.

My question is, should I put most of my focus on my 5* hulk or work on the 4*s for now?

    Focus on the highest rarity champs, 4 stars will be useless pretty soon for you

    Oh okay, should I make it so whenever I get basic or science iso8 spend it on hulk, when I get skill iso8 I spend on hit monkey, when I get cosmic iso8 I spend on CGR, and when I get tech iso8 I spend it on Shuri?
